Following New York, SPHILISTINE brought its Spring/Summer 2027 collection to Milan on 21 September 2026.
Presented as part of Histoire Blanche Milan, produced by High Society MGMT, the show marked the collection's second international runway presentation of the season.
Inspired by Italian modernism, the collection explored the relationship between structure and freedom. Natural linen, relaxed tailoring and expressive details brought together contemporary silhouettes and effortless elegance.
Months of preparation came together through the collaboration of designers, models, stylists and the production team.
